Ms. Zhang joined Beijing East IP Ltd. in 2003 and currently serves as the Manager of the Japan and Korea Patent Department.

She is primarily responsible for handling Japanese patent applications in the electrical and mechanical areas. Her practice also focuses on the prosecution of patent applications by Korean and Japanese clients in China. She also handles patent invalidation proceedings, litigation, EOU investigations, and FTO analyses.

Ms. Zhang has delivered lectures at universities, associations and law firms in Japan, addressing topics such as patent protection in next-generation technology fields, China’s IP system, and trends in patent litigation for companies, IP professionals and students.
