Trademark & Copyright

The trademark practice of East IP is one of the largest in the PRC, with over 150 professionals and staff operating from our offices in Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Guangzhou.

Our trademark prosecution team includes 18 partners, led by Jimmy Huang Jingwen and Ms. Zhang Yan.

The latest industry surveys have ranked our trademark prosecution and enforcement practices within the top tiers, while also recognizing 21 of our individual team members as leading practitioners.
