Ms. Fu obtained her Master’s degree from China University of Political Science and Law, and joined the firm in 2012.
Ms. Fu has extensive experience in advising clients on brand protection strategies and resolving complex IP disputes. Ms. Fu successfully defended the infringement lawsuits initiated by trademark squatters, through trademark administrative procedures and declaratory judgment actions of non-infringement.
Ms. Fu represents the world’s biggest restaurant chain, a leading tire manufacturer and other famous brands in industry, technology, catering, and cosmetics areas.
Ms. Fu specialises in devising IP solutions for her varied clients and has handled hundreds of trademark prosecution cases before the CNIPA; dozens of trademark administrative litigations, trademark infringement litigations before the China Supreme Court, the Beijing courts and other courts; and other IP-related matters such as domain name disputes before CIETAC and ADNDRC.
